We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✔ 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

✔ Clothing & Accessories (Print-on-Demand)

Because our apparel and accessories are printed on demand, we accept returns only for:

  • misprints

  • wrong items received

  • damaged items

  • manufacturing defects

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at detourstore20@gmail.com within 30 days and include:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the issue

  • a short description of the problem

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

✔ Digital Downloads

All digital download purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

✔ Detour Driver Wipes

For multi-pack wipe orders:

  • Only one package may be opened for testing.

  • All remaining packs must be sealed and unused to qualify for a refund.

✔ Detour Downtown Diamonds

Returns are accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
If damaged or defective on arrival, we will replace it at no cost.

✔ How to Start a Return

We’ll respond with next steps.

✔ Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear.
