Shipping

At Detour.Store, we work to ensure every order is shipped safely, securely, and on time. Below is a clear overview of processing times, shipping expectations, and what to do if you experience any issues.


🕒 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is confirmed.

Because our apparel and accessories are printed on demand, some items may ship separately from different locations.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each shipment.


🚚 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery location

  • package weight

  • number of items

  • shipping carrier rates

We do not currently offer free shipping.
Every order includes a standard shipping charge to cover handling and delivery costs.


📦 Estimated Delivery Times

These are general guidelines and may vary based on carrier delays, customs, and regional postal conditions:

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 10–18 business days

  • Other Regions: 15–25 business days

Some items may arrive sooner depending on your distance from our fulfillment partners.


🔁 Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in more than one package depending on the items purchased:

  • Apparel & accessories are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partners.

  • Detour Driver Wipes ship from our in-house inventory.

  • Detour Downtown Diamonds ship separately as well.

You will receive tracking for each shipment.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.


📪 Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check the tracking link for updates

  2. Check with your local post office or carrier hub

  3. Then email us at detourstore20@gmail.com

We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a resolution.

Important: Once a package is marked Delivered, carriers rarely reimburse for loss. If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact us immediately.
