• Digital files (Trusk & Trutin logos) are delivered instantly via email after purchase.

• You will also receive a download link on the order confirmation page.

• No shipping is required for digital products.

For Physical Products (Caps):

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on your location.

• Tracking information will be provided via email once the order is shipped.

• All sales are final for limited-edition items unless there's a damage or defect.
